DELUXE ROOM : These rooms are 150-170 sq ft ideal for a couple or single occupancy.
PREMIUM ROOM : These are large rooms approx 200 to 300 sq. ft in size and each room has complimentary tea/coffee maker ideal for a family of 4 as 2 extra beds can be put in the room. All rooms have their own sitting out area and face the lawns.

SUITE ROOM : These rooms are approx 300 to 350 sq. ft in size having 2 rooms, one Master bed room and one sitting room along with sofa cum bed. These rooms have a mini refrigerator, tea and coffee maker 02 flat screen T.V and can accommodate family of 4 members, while ensuring your privacy.
HILL VIEW ROOM : These rooms are located on the first floor and measure 225 to 300 sq. ft Panoramic hill view from the window of the room, ideal for a family of 03 members with an extra bed.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE ROOM : Easily the best room in Nainital Measuring about 600 sq feet this suite is the best accommodation in Nainital and comes with a personal valet for your entire stay. It has an entry foyer leading to the main sitting area. This sitting area is provided with a built in bar and also provides for personal dining needs.

The room is connected by an entry vestibule to the bedroom, on the way to the bedroom in the vestibule is a niche carved out to fit in a dress and a bathroom. These utilities are common to both bedroom as well as sitting room.

The bedroom consists of a bed with an old style wing chair in the typical buttoned leather styling and wooden polished parts. To match the look in the same styling, sits a writers desk set with dark wood and leather. It is accessorized by a banker's lamp with a green shade.
